Stefanie Hoffmann-Palomino is a digital veteran. Today she advises large companies and gives lectures on the topics of digital transformation, strategy, networks, social media and mobile technology - and she continues to develop her own products. Her work and products have been featured in media such as Techcrunch, The Times, France2 and CNN. The Business Punk Magazin ranks her among the top 50 creative minds in Germany under 40.

Christine Kirbachis an organizational psychologist and certified coach with more than 18 years of experience as a consultant and manager. She founded it early in her career and experienced the rise and fall of the "New Economy". She has won several awards for her employer branding activities at Fresenius and ProSiebenSat1. and worked in the area of ​​top executive development with leading business schools worldwide, including the Harvard Business School. In recent years she has deepened her interest in sustainable transformation processes, of people and organizations. She is particularly interested in the systemic view. The design of modern working environments, the promotion of the ability to innovate and the individual support of people in contexts of change form the core of their work today. She is a passionate speaker at congresses and is also active as an author. Christine is a member of the board of trustees of the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Munich and is thus on the pulse of current research and the training of new generations.

Bianca Praetorius is a public speaking and storytelling trainer. As a trained actress and author, she systematically transfers techniques from performing arts to the startup and corporate world. Large companies and accelerators such as Hub: raum (Deutsche Telekom), Startup Bootcamp, Wayra (Telefonica), Axel Springer Plug & Play, Deutsche Bahn Mindbox, Bayer Pharma Grants4Apps, General Assembly London, ProSiebenSat1, Daimler Benz, EnBW and Google already have Bianca conducted training programs and learning experiences. Thanks to her successful cooperation with +200 international startups, she has a cross-thematic network. She is a co-founder of the red lab and a proud ambassador for “thousand network”.
